"My key didn't work and bathroom door can't be locked. Also, it's a delux room, but the view left much to be desired. However, it's pretty spacious. I have 3 luggages and was able to open all of them at the same time, in the same area, and still have a lot of room to move around. "

"A lovely hotel and convenient for next day air flights. Very nice pool area. Given its location within the airport, not a lot of dining other than that provided by hotel but as expected. Room was a bit tired looking - beat up walls and furniture, but clean and comfortable bed. Not sure if there was some other purpose for the guys directing elevator traffic - it felt odd for them to show us the open elevator every time we came up or downā€¦a bit overkill."

"We spent the last night of our exciting trip here before returning home from Bangkok. Most important for us was the proximity from BKK, breakfast and the airport shuttle service. The room was modern and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool area at night was quiet and delightful, we watched plains taking off. Breakfast area and service were also really nice!
