"Booked a standard room double but at check-in the staff said it is fully occupied, so I was given a standard room twin on 29F. Enjoyed a good view of the bay. Didn't like the entertainment option from the TV. Wished they provide international news channel or movies."

"The only thing we did not like was the checking... staff was busy with the checkouts and did not bother offering us nay options as we arrived early. They were quite rude, telling us a number of times... check in 3 pm."
