"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were very grateful and extremely helpful. They addressed all our concerns promptly with a professional manner. The room was huge and clean so was the bathroom. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel and rooms were very good. Just a couple of additions are needed. Hairdryer in the room(our phone was dead so couldn't ring for one). A kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea or coffee would be appreciated. There was a lack of information in the room and on the website about facilities e.g. Spa was closed apparently we were out of season it would have been good to have this information. Overall a pleasant 3 nights lovely staff and complex. "
