I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.

朝食をホテルでゆっくり取れない方々に対して、弁当用パックが用意されており、非常に宿泊者にとってはありがたい。と感じました（ほかの東横インも利用しているが、初めて見ました）。 コーヒーサービスが朝食の時間帯だけだったので可能なら、夕方以降も用意してあると最高でした。
