I have booked multiple stays at this location and each time I seem to have an issue with being over charged. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of training but each time I stay here I must consult with the front desk in order to get the charges corrected. Additional training should be provided to staff members who are not proficient in operating the hotel system. Overall, my stay here is always quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very well-maintained and the staff is friendly.

The room key didn’t work. The Keurig didn’t work. The alarm clock kept going off even thought we didn’t set it. At night the TV channels didn’t work. I told the front desk about the coffee issue and the alarm clock and we were just told yeah customers have been complaining about that. The place was clean and in a safe location. Staff was friendly but it seemed like a joke with things not working.

I’d have given five stars except for the shower. I don’t know why they can’t have a basic hot and cold water faucet but the contraption was so odd and counterintuitive I couldn’t get it to give hot water from the correct shower head. I called the front desk for direction but they didn’t know how to work it either. After about ten minutes of fiddling I finally got what I wanted but I’ve no idea how.

one negative BATHROOM BATHROOM AND SHOWER WAS COMBINED . THERE WAS A DRANAGE HOLE INTHE MIDDDLE OF THE FLOOR IN THAT AREA. NOT OVER WHERE THE SHOWER WAS.
