"The place is currently 20 feet from a major construction site (Next Door). The construction workers started everyday at 7:00 AM and lasted almost until 7:00 PM (19:00). In the morning you get "wiped off your bed". We think that it is very unfair that the responsible for this site posting did not indicate anything. "Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."
