"We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall."
"Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year."

As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession."
