"We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the pool was a refreshing welcome. Very peaceful. And it's a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (highly recommend Mondrago Natural Park). "Beautiful hotel, a short walk from the calas and harbour. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing, reception were very helpful and friendly. "Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. If I had to mention downsides I’d say the beds were a little hard and the communal areas a little dated - neither of which would stop me from starting again.
