"Pros: This hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and a nearby supermarket adds to the convenience. The area feels safe, which is a big plus. "I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality.
