"-The staff was excellent... Very polite, friendly, and responsive (Amna and Samahair were especially pleasant) - Location is just minutes from mutrah souq. -their gym is pretty good and they had separate gym separate times for women's swimming pool. So that was nice. - The only negative was the beds. Wish they had more firm mattresses (maybe they do I didn't really ask) "

Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home. I’ve travelled the world and can honestly say they’re the best in the business! Thank you so much to everyone for making my trip to Oman so memorable from the start!"
