"Hacienda Yabucu was a lovely one night stay for our family. The grounds are beautful and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and a bike ride around the area to see the monkeys etc. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the experience. "

"Hameki is a hidden treasure, with the most gracious hostess/owner, accomodating staff and glamping experience! Our tent was extremely romantic, outdoor fire, drinks served poolside with bats swooping down to drink, all while nestled in the heart of the Yucatan jungle. Plan on staying here and visiting the nearby cenotes when you visit the area. Highly recommend!"

"We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. Thank you. Arthur"

"We loved the location and the feeling of the grandeur from the past. You get a feel for the city by staying here. Of course the showers have been added later, so has the airconditioner. You just go out for your coffee and meals. The price is pretty good too."

"This hotel was a last minute life saver, from an BnB gone wrong scenario! We chose the “King Suite”. It was just what we needed! It has its own kitchen set up, utensils, cookware, etc. It has a comfy, couch in living room area. A/C is powerful for hot days, yet plenty of hot water, for a relaxed shower! Decent breakfast for a very affordable rate! Parking included upon request, and nice pool! Cleaned daily by staff. Front desk staff will provide you with whatever you need. Taxi service, tour planning, maps, and local recommendations. Would book again! "
