"Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted elsewhere, the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Clearly needs better management if staff is this lackluster."

The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. "Honestly this place is incredible. Beautiful setting, beautiful rooms and buildings. The hotel has been open for 8 years, so there is a little bit of wear, but everything maintained very well.
