"Phenomenol service! I am so grateful- on our last day we lost cell phone in a taxi. We do not speak mandarin and the concierge and front desk were able to retrieve the phone from a taxi/uber. I highly recommend their facility. I like the modern looking rooms. Top notch service- everyone greeted us daily from the front desk to the bell boy. There was also an easy self check in and check out counter. We will return and stay again. "

"Staff was excellent - they all looked happy to provide service. Very attentive especially the ones at the elevator area and the main door entrance. Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night. We absolutely loved our room especially the huge bathroom! Bed and pillows were so comfy it felt like home! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends. "
