"This is a great value for the money. The two rooms we rented were clean and spacious, and customer service was good. The relatively quiet setting, location next to a good cafe and gas station plus its close proximity to I-40 and Fort Smith made it ideal for my business trip to the area. The only downside was the apparent inability to open the window or set the air unit to receive fresh air. I would definitely consider staying here again."
