"Communication was great and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Lisbon. I was surprised by how quickly you walk from one end of Baixa to the other so if you’re concerned about where in that neighborhood you are located it doesn’t make much difference. "We felt the front desk personnel were welcoming, helpful and kind. They seemed very aware and attentive to every guest. We liked the offering of beverages and sweet treats in the reception area. The room was small yet well appointed. There was an umbrella for the rainy day. Not only was there a good blow dryer but also a flat iron for my hair. That was a win. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The windows are well insulated against street noise which was so nice. "

"The Be Poet is a very central hotel, close to sites, shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was good. The toiletries provided included shampoo and body wash, cream and hand soap. The front desk hotel were very nice and always willing to assist with any question. A special shoutout to Ives who assisted us with directions and always had a smile on his face when answering our questions. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was right in the middle of Lisbon--easy to get to lots of different areas of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for various parts of our stay, so with a 6th floor apartment, it was inconvenient! Otherwise the apartment was fantastic."

"Behotelisboa is a fantastic property with great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine that was brought to our room and a special cake for being returning customers. For our friends it was their first time and they loved everything about location to the rooms. The food in the restaurant was very yum and good for vegetarian aswell. We can't wait to return very soon."
