"This is not about the lodge but about hotel.com. I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation "

"Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. "The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."

"Everything is good, but there were two minor issues I would point out. 1.) Shower door didn't close completely. 2.) They only give one room key, which you need to plug in for lights to operate. So, there is a chance you can walk out and get locked out the door. When I pointed that out, they gave me a sperate card to plug in for the lights and so my door keys were always in my pocket. One thing I should mention more than anything, staff were super friendly and very helpful!"
