"Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. The only complaints is the dining room was moved upstairs as there was a function at the main dining room. The upstairs dining room is right by the rooms and the noise went on well past 11 pm. "We had a wonderful stay at Green View. The hotel is newly build, comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were great. Location is good to see the sights. We would recommend staying here!"

"Cheap but a shambles. Poor service, most service have very poor English (one young guy is best for organising everything). Cold water in shower, lots of mosquitos and bugs. Restaurant has good food but lots of mosquitos - a few other restaurants in area and easy to get around on a bicycle."

"Everything is good, but there were two minor issues I would point out. 1.) Shower door didn't close completely. 2.) They only give one room key, which you need to plug in for lights to operate. So, there is a chance you can walk out and get locked out the door. When I pointed that out, they gave me a sperate card to plug in for the lights and so my door keys were always in my pocket. One thing I should mention more than anything, staff were super friendly and very helpful!"

Gateway to Wilpattu

"Stayed here on both ends of a Wilpattu National Park adventure. They hooked me up with an amazing guide and driver as well as transport back and forth to the park and also onward to Kandy. The pool was awesome and there were many birds behind the property. The manager was a very kind man and the staff was great. Room service was delicious as well."
