"Like other reviews have said, the rooms are tiny and theres no stairs - but the clerk carried my luggage up and I wasnt spending much time in the room anyway. Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The apartment was spotless. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pantry staples - salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, as Ella’s basic kitchen essentials. It is very close to a market where I was able to cook dinners and breakfasts throughout my stay. The private sauna was wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"We had a great time at Nova Skyland Hotel. It was a 5 days trip (4 nights) family trip to Rovaniemi. We were not lucky to have a proper winter weather on the first two days and the hotel location, walking distance from Santa Claus Village, plus the option for staying at Nordic Cottage saved our trip. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning could be better, as we found some hair in the bathroom."

"Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. "BEST HOTEL for the entire trip! Impressive huge space with kitchenette, dishwasher, shared laundry machines and all you can eat minibar with cheese, bread, cornflakes, fruits and ever. Salami reindeer meat. Very clean and comfortable stay and staff and manager were really friendly and kind. Free parking for guests and you just have to inform the hotel in advance. Lots of dining options around the hotel too! 👍 highly recommended!"
