"We stayed at two different hotels; Santasport was the better hotel. Rooms are clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave with plates and utensils. We would stay here again. The other hotel we stayed at was Hotel Aakenus. I would stay away from that hotel. Old and was more expensive. "

"Overall we liked the property as far as cleanliness and dining options are concerned but maintenance response is poor. Our wash sink clogged and when we reported the problem no one came to fix the issue. Also, the rooms you stay is bit far from the main resort so we had use a sledge to transfer our luggage to our room in the winter. This can be a bit of challenge and safety hazard as one one slip and fall on the icy road at some some spots. Other than these we loved the property especially the...

"Charming hotel with great food. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The location is just right for shopping, exploring and local adventures. The staff was quite friendly although somewhat stand- offish at other times. "

"We arrived before 8am. Not only were we able to leave our luggages before check in, Greta offered to give us towels and let us use the spa area to shower and freshen up before our tours. Though we didn’t need to do so, the extent the staff went to make sure we’re comfortable and well settled before we even check in is such a nice gesture. The breakfast provided is good and the room is comfortable."
