"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. "Nice sized apartment, perfectly situated to ride up Mont Ventoux, great bike hire shop dead opposite. very clean. only 2 issues, during our visit it was very hot and only 1 fan for 2 rooms so very uncomfortable at night. also don,t bother with breakfast as it is not in the hotel you have to go to cafe down the road and all you get is 1 croissant and a piece of french stick. lots of patisseries that open very early nearer."

"The hotel is good and price is good. No issues with the parking at all.Good location.Only problem is very small pillows and as there is no reception on Saturday (after 1p.m.) and not at all on Sunday you cannot get any extra pillow. The cleaning staff does not speak English and cannot assist."
