"From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was impressed with the Hyatt Hotel! The doorman helped us with our luggage, and walking into the lobby was a breath of fresh air—clean and absolutely stunning.
Customer service from every staff member was top-tier. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. I especially loved the complimentary wine tasting (just a heads-up: it’s one glass of wine per day. The hotel pick). They also give you a $5 voucher to use at their corner store, which was a nice touch.
The hotel really seems to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. One thing that blew my mind—we were able to log in to our own Netflix account to watch shows. How nice is that?
The location is also a major plus—everything is within walking distance. Each day, they had fresh fruit- or cucumber-lemon-infused water available in the lobby.

"The Kimpton Brice was in a great location at the end of Bay Street, close enough to walk to the madness, but far enough away for peace. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My 2 Queen room was enormous. I didn't use the pool but it was full every day. I would avoid the rooms that sound the courtyard though. They seem like they would get a lot of foot traffic. There was also a free wine and hors d'oeuvre reception in the lobby every day at 5 pm "
