"The room was ok ... comfortable enough. Parking was a problem. Their carpark was full ... 'Only 5 minutes walk'. They forgot to mention the hill. Parking cost $45 and a certain amount of exhaustion for us."

"We have stayed at these units before and really enjoyed our stay so didn’t hesitate in booking it again. Our first 2 hours at the apartment were riddled with issues, but the staff were apologetic and prompt with correcting the problems - ending with a change of unit. The staff saved the day and our mini-holiday. They are an absolute credit to the business. They turned what would’ve been a 2/5 star review to 5/5. Give them a pay rise! They deserve it. Thank you!"

"Another wonderful stay at this location. We had a lovely unit near the pool and with a huge balcony. It was more than enough space for two adults and a baby. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is a great location near the Star and close to southbank."

"The best about Evolution Apartments - LOCATION! It is in walking distance from multiple attractions. The accommodation with a view to the river was outstanding! Not a big fan of carpeted halls and room - but it's not a deal breaker since the location is difficult to look past. "

"Property was in reasonable condition and the location was ok. The bathroom had not been cleaned fully tho (there was a massive clump of hair in the shower) and the back of the tv in the room as well as the remote had about a inch of dust on it."

"Second time here, stayed in Room 310 and it was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and couch. Some cutlery missing and no can opener or tongs. Shower spray wets the floor quite a bit so we used a towel to mop up excess water on the tiles. We stayed for 4 days and had family visit, it would have been nice to have a broom, mop or dust pan to clean up with during our stay. But overall happy."

"I booked for Felix and must have booked a second later than someone on another platform. It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room. I really enjoyed my experience at Oaks even if it was at Charlotte instead of Felix. I can see the culture of the staff is...

"The service we received from the staff was impeccable. Everyone who worked there that we interacted with were lovely, accomodating and made you feel like a million bucks. The location is extremely convenient with almost everything right at the doorstep. We enjoyed our weekend so much that we made the decision 3 hours before check out to stay another night and we were allowed to keep our same room aswell even though it was christmas eve"
