"I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). "Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100. I would stay again.

"I would stay at this hotel again. From the employees at the front counter to the maintenance staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. The design, decoration and atmosphere give you the vibe of its French origin. Beautiful and elegant. As for the price, after having done a lot of research in the area, it was the best and clearest in its category. That is, from the beginning they informed me what the total would be. No additional charges or surprise charges before, during or after check in or check out."
