Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. Never...

"Check in was horrible! I got an email requesting me to check in online, which I did. My online check in was confirmed, and the confirmation said all I had to do was go to the desk for my key. When I arrived there were 6 people in line and 1ckerk. A big sign in front of the desk reminded us that the world is short staffed, and to be kind to those who showed up. I kindly asked the clerk for my key and he told me that the online system had been disabled. When it was finally my turn, I was told...
