"This property is a gem, with an excellent setting on the beach and wonderful staff that made the stay a delight. The building, pool and grounds are exceptionally clean and well cared for. No request was ever too much trouble for the staff to attend to. I have stayed at many resorts throughout the world and the Goldwynn is certainly one of the best. It is not a party hotel, but if you are looking for quiet excellence in food, facilities and staff you will not be disappointed. We would definitely consider going there again."

"Best part=NO kids! Our room was clean and nice. Pools are beautiful. The staff, ALL of them, are SO friendly and helpful! Lots of options at the Veranda buffet and all very good! All other food we had was also very good. I highly recommend!"

"Excellent Staff and Service "

"Positives: Staff and service were top class, always available and going out of their way to help and did it quickly, but never made me feel uncomfortable by paying too much attention, unless I needed something. Lots of dining options. Hammocks tied to palm trees (my fav); the room, linens, towels were squeaky clean. I felt very safe at all times and slept with a balcony door open on the ground floor with a gentle breeze. I believe they have a security guard paroling the property all night. Things that could be improved on: I wish there was less seaweed on the beach, more than 2 bottles of water a day per person, and a gift shop on the property with basics such as sunscreen sprays, which you can’t bring with you if you fly with a carryon. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed and just wonderful. "
