Lila was an amazing host who went out of her way to accommodate us and even organised a taxi with Enrico to take us to airport at 1.30am. Location is amazing Had a wonderful view overlooking park. Will definitely stay here again

Customer Service was outstanding. I believe Lily is who checked me in and gave me VIP treatment as well as I noticed her checked other guests in and gave them all VIP treatment. Because of her customer service I would stay there again as well as recommend this location to friends. Plus this is a great location to shopping and all of the attractions.

Weird stay. It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t the cleanest either. The location was sketchy, especially at night. Staff were nice. Just a very weird experience while we were there and we had to check out a couple hours earlier due to an incident the hotel was experiencing with the police. Close to the train station and a subway station. View from our room was very nice. If you’re comfortable with average this place is ok.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews, yes a good location once you’ve actually found it, which isn’t easy. This is a poor effort dated and grotty. A two stay hotel at best.

I feel scammed!!! The photos on the website had nothing to do with the room, it was dirty, full of mold, the sheets were stained, the furniture was old and broken, and the smell was very bad, it even stayed on my clothes.
