"This place is clean, quiet and wonderful. The Onsen style baths are incredibly relaxing. The sake bar rules. The staff is beyond nice and accommodating. It's my favorite hotel in the Portland area for sure. My only complaint is their antiquated ice machine. Otherwise, this is an excellent place to stay."

"Nice and quiet - well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, nice variety and amount of pillows, and cozy top blanket, (not the thin sheet offered at other hotels). The wifi speed was also great. I had a great stay and would stay here again. "

"We stayed in the two bedroom unit and there was a surprising amount of space! Each of the rooms have full bathrooms and locks on the bedroom doors allowing complete privacy if needed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The desk area was large enough for multiple people. Hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, a quiet, comfortable stay."

"This was a great hotel. Staffs were excellent. The night we checked in, Peter? (Colorful shirt with nice tie) greeted us with smile and lots of friendliness. And once we were in the room and talking to our friend across the hall, Peter? "Staff was friendly night & morning, easy check-in. Room was clean and decent sized, everything in order. Only two detractors - plenty of road noise and the in-room fan wasn't loud enough to drown it out, leading to poor sleep. And the bed was much too soft for our liking - but that may just be personal preference."
