"Our second time here. Love the king bed with pull out sofa suites. Balcony is a nice for chilling. Excellent outdoor heated pool with water views.
Onsite horseback riding (which we did) and kayaking are nice adds if you have kids.
We aren’t golfers but chose to stay here because of the quality of the suites, indoor & outdoor pools, onsite activities & proximity to both Panmure & Basinhead beaches. Recommend. "
"This is a very nice place to relax and take it easy. Note, if more than two rooms are occupied, one bathroom will need to be shared. The "barn" is very quirky with bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, large kitchen but this is what makes it charming. If one wants to spend a night in splendid isolation, thats the place. Note you will need to eat before getting there or bring your own grocery as the nearest place to eat is far. The kitchen is well equipped, so one can turn out gourmet meals."
"We were very pleased with our stay and well taken care of. The room was very clean and comfortable. If we are back in the area, we would not hesitate to book again.
The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with our travel arrangements."
"We stayed at 45 Steps Inn for 6 nights for our honeymoon, and it was truly the sweetest time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so at home—thanks to the kind and thoughtful hospitality of Barbra, Thomas, the rest of the team, and of course, the sweet pups!
The view was stunning, the beach was peaceful and beautiful, and breakfast was such a treat each morning—fresh and delicious every time. One of our absolute favorite moments was enjoying one of Barbra’s three-course dinners. Every bite was amazing and made with such love and care!
We are already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for such a memorable and cozy stay—we loved it SOO so much! 💛"
