"Every staff member we interacted with made us feel not only like valued guests but as if we truly belonged. The food and drinks were also exceptional! I’m already looking for another reason to escape home and stay at the Fairmont Austin again."

"The room and workout area were both in a deplorable state. The workout area, in particular, had noticeable spiders, spider webs, and even cockroaches, which gave the impression that it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall cleanliness of both spaces was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the photos on the website were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the facilities we encountered during our stay. This discrepancy between the advertised images and the reality of the property was very disappointing and not what we had expected."

"The Line is a great hotel centrally located to the convention center, lady bird trail, great restaurants and bars. The Line has a super chill vibe. Spacious lobby area and rooms. Great taco spot in the lobby area. I’d recommend this hotel and come back for work or for play. "
