The front desk staff was exceptional each night and day we were there also the maintenance worler who helped us find our way thank you to the entire staff as of 9pm 11/1/24 until 8pm 11/4/24!

We gave up our other hotel reservation to stay here because of the restaurant on site and the hot tub. The restaurant was hardly ever open and the hot tub was broken down during our 1 week stay.

I liked that it was away from the rowdiness even with it being ACL weekend! I was there for the festival but wanted a calm and quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. I didn’t get a chance to check out their hot tub but even with long legs I could fit in the room’s bathtub! The bed was very comfortable and I had so many pillows it was overwhelming! The only downsides were not having a fridge and microwave in the room so I had nowhere to put leftover food. Using a community microwave was fine but throwing away my leftover food felt extremely wasteful.
