Unit above us was very noisy upon arrival, we were moved to a spacious suite. Excellent customer service from “Rian”. He even called us by name when he greeted us throughout our stay!!

The breakfast was not so good. No fresh fruits, no bacon, pretty picked thru even though it was only 8:30am. The entrance door to our room was damaged at some point and we couldn’t lock the bottom lock, it also made it hard to open and close the door along with being very noisy. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. I come up to Santa Rosa during the fair and stay at a different place every year (downtown SR last year and Occidental the year before). Next year I will come back here.
