Couple of issues: -casa duro wifi signal/bandwidth was weak - making TV unusable as well as laptop use. -coffee machine was either broken or not set up properly, it would grind beans but water would not enter the cup, it would leak directly into the drain pan. "The hotel was great itself! It is located in an area that looks sketchy outside. So becareful at night! It’s not located in the greatest part of downtown Dallas but the hotel itself was nice. When I booked thru hotels.com for two rooms for a girls trip I asked if rooms can be near each other and they did exactly that! So great full they accommodated that request! Staff was super helpful and nice to us! Kuddos to the bar/restaurant staff! Ugar was amazing! "

"This funky little hotel could be awesome but it's extremely dirty. No room descriptions on website so you just don't know what you're getting. The rooms are supposed to be romantic but there was absolutely nothing romantic about it. It was a standard hotel room with some red lighting around the bed. The room is in desperate need of repair and cleaning. There is no do not disturb signs so bed was made while I was out and I didn't like someone being in my room and it being a surprise that they were. "
