"Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful. Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service. "

If you have a car, there is a charge of 15 NZ dollars a night for the car park. Not necessarily a negative but there is nowhere else nearby to park your car so it’s just something to factor in. "
