I STAYED THERE TO VISIT MY MOM IN HOSPITAL. AFTER VERY LONG DAYS BEING ABLE TO CLIMB INTO A SUPER COMFY BED WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMPLE WITH PLENTY OF CHOOCES.

It was a motel, not a hotel. The Expedia information was misleading. The room was very small. We got in late and was given an upstairs room. I have trouble with stairs and there is NO elevator hot mentioned in the Expedia booking site. Breakfast area TOO small and not much choice. We used it only once.

I stay at this hotel once a year when I'm in town for an event. Reasonable price, convenient, my room was recently painted and updated. New fixtures, crown molding, the bathroom looked new and remodeled. Always nice helpful staff, fridge, coffee maker, free parking. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Only negatives you will hear traffic, no microwave and may come in contact with a few homeless. But is a safe place to me.

This room was clean and well kept. If there is one thing that we’ll mention to the staff, is that the refrigerator needs attention. We didn’t use it because of the foul smell. Other than that, we would stay here again.

I wasn't prepared for this property to be a motel, and I had to buzz to get into the check-in area. It was quite clean but the shower was clearly bought at Home Depot and installed into the bathroom and the floor of the shower was badly stained and the shower itself was small. The space itself is very basic - be prepared for a table, A/C, bed, drawer, tv and closet and the table is right next to the a/c because the room is small. The breakfast is bread - toast, danishes, waffles, no fruit or protein and there is definitely no restaurant or bar. This is a place you sleep at and that's it.

My wife and I had a great stay. The property is very clean and the room looks like it was recently remodeled. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and clean too, we felt very safe here. The bed was comfy too. We checked in late at 9 p.m. and were greeted with a friendly smile. We had dinner next door at Ixtapa Mexican Food, had a great meal and they had live music which was awesome! We would definitely stay at the Raincross next time we are in Riverside.
