Older property. Could use an update. Very clean. Staff was very friendly.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience, providing detailed recommendations on the top beaches and offering amazing restaurant tips in the area. The location was perfect — with a Supermax right across the street, open 24/7, we had everything we needed just steps away. The breakfast was always fresh and satisfying, and the coffee was absolutely delicious! We also loved the refreshing fruit drink or tea options they offered. The hotel room was always impeccably cleaned, and while we did notice a few stray hairs on the floor that didn’t belong to us, everything else was spotless. Ashford Beach is only a 7-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. However, we highly recommend visiting La Playita Condado first — it’s a beautiful spot. Even though we didn’t have the chance to try the coffee bar, we could smell the wonderful aroma wafting through the air each morning, which made us wish we had! All in all, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of here. We will definitely be staying here again next year! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was top notch

They are trying to revitalize this area. So construction is going on (no noise, but some dilapidated buildings around , and that might turn off some people, but it really made it quite charming for us. The staff was unbelievably nice and attentive. And you can walk to old town easily and safely.(20min), so great location if you want to explore Old San Juan. The apartment was spacious and clean, good hot water, comfortable beds and pillows. Though sparsely decorated the TV worked and we were able to connect to our own services and the Wi-Fi worked great. The shared workspace is great and comfortable, the coffee is free, and there’s purified water on site. Overall… We fell in love with this quaint little place!

Staff was welcoming and attentive. The area around it wasn't the most beautiful but close to beaches and restaurants nice for something not to expensive.
