"I really enjoyed my one month stay at Bungalows Los Flamingos. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nelson(Father) and Marty ( Daughter) . My room was comfortable and clean. The staff only cleaned my room when I requested it, which is the way I like it. This place is central to both Guayabitos and La Penita, about a 20 minute walk to each town center. "We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."
