The staff at this hotel are the friendliest and kindest at any hotel I've visited in the states. Really felt welcomed every time we walked in the door. The manager even went out of his way to say goodbye, have a safe trip, and come back to visit again. I stayed at this hotel because it was close to a local hospital where my partner had undergone surgery. When checking in, the front desk person asked what brought me to the area and I told him. The next day, as I was leaving and walking out of the lobby to return to the hospital, the same front desk employee saw me and stated that he hoped my loved one would recover quickly. I was so touched and impressed that he remembered me and personal details about me, even though it is a large hotel full of convention attendees. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely, so that would be reason enough to return, but his interaction with me confirmed that I would stay there again (another surgery ahead). Highly recommend!
