I’ve worked in customer service in the past & understand it’s not alway easy & would like management to know that Bharat at the front desk is an ASSET & should be recognized for creating a great stay for myself. I usually stay at the Travel Lodge next door & from now on will only use the Sandman! That’s because of Bharat! Beautiful property & it is kept immaculate. Highly recommend the loft suites.
