"We booked this after travelling for 6+ hours. The confirmation was sent to us and no one was there to check us in at 2am. You shouldn’t allow people to book your hotel rooms if you’re unable to check anyone in especially at that time. I did not recommend and would not consider this property."
"La struttura è situata a pochi passa dalla.famosa Scala dei Turchi. La nostra camera per due era situata al piano terra, nonostante fosse fronte strada, non si sentivano rumori o fastidi. La colazione servita in terrazza con una vista stupenda. Il must della struttura è il proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile. "Great stay. Lovely spacious area. It has two separate bathroom so we have our own privacy. One bedroom with en-suite. The other bathroom is further away but bigger.
Overall good instruction from check in to the apartment. Clearer instruction could be given for check out, no keys required and waited for sometime for staff availability to confirm check out. But they said don’t need to do anything we could have just left. "
