"Excellent hotel; staff extremely helpful. The rooms are somewhat large, and the view of the port is memorable. The rooms are immaculate and extremely quiet. There are bars and restaurants and some shopping within blocks. Some smaller grocery stores are nearby; a full range grocery is at least a mile away. I enjoyed the hotel and the area so much that I extended my stay. I would defnitely come back."

"Lovely villa type place. Wonderful breakfast and gentleman serving was wonderful. Only improvement would be screens on the windows to get fresh air ( mosquitos). Free on site parking."

"The property is on a pedestrian only street which made it very quiet and walkable. The city parking lot is a short walk away if you have a car. Don't pay attention to GPS when you get there because it will keep telling you to turn down the road, which is pedestrian only."

"Lovely B&B in the heart of Sciacca with easy access to free public parking. Quiet, safe, not fancy but has everything you need. The owner is very kind-hearted and has a wonderful book of old Sciacca in case you are looking for clues about your family’s roots. Shes makes your coffee by hand in the morning and is happy to make suggestions or leave you in peace. Breakfast is a nice buffet of local baked goodies, cheese, ham, eggs. "

"The hotel was modern and clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection for a continental breakfast. There were a couple of bars nearby. It was a little walk into the main town you could take a short cut climbing a good number of stairs. The Melqart Hotel is a lovely place to stay it would be even better if there was some outdoor space or a little bar area. "

"We stayed at the Hotel Aliai for about 4 nights. The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The staff was absolutely amazing, very happy and couldn't do enough to help and ensure that we had a good stay. The hotel is situated so that it is easy traveling distance to the Marsala region as well as Agrigento. The town of Sciacca is lovely with some pretty impressive restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again."

"This was our first holiday staying at a campsite in a mobile home and it will surely not be our last. "They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. I noticed immediately that the headboard was not attached to the wall or the bed. In the morning, it had collapsed onto my head some point into the morning (see pictures). The bathroom...

"We spent a stop-over night at Sciacca and were welcomed by a couple at the B&B Stella Maris Sciacca Centro. Very easy to find and in a central location, close to many restaurants and a small public garden. Very clean and spacious room. "

"Where to start….. From the warm & effusive welcome, to the beautiful, quirky suite & the incredible fine dining tasting menu we were blown away. "Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "
