"The hotel has the most beautiful location surrounded by mountains/hills. It's and old palace built by a king to be near the springs and the spa. There's lots of atmosphere and grandeur about the hotel and the setting. Great spa facilities and fitness too. We were not too keen on the kitchen/buffet. When we arrived around 20, we were offered dinner from the buffet, but the food was not very inspiring, and there were lots of flies sitting on the food. Not very appetizing.

Toch maar eens een slag om het hotel heen en toen viel mijn oog op een bordje met de tekst; "sleutel verkrijgbaar bij Belleveu, na 800 meter llinks + een adres." "Die ruhige Lage und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten haben mir gut gefallen. Auch ist das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um Ostheim. Schlecht war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für Frühstück- Speisen 16,- Euro und für Frühstück - Getränke 9,- Euro zu verlangen ist eine Abzocke....das Abendessen für 21,- Euro eine einzige Katastrophe....an der Rezeption herrscht ein einziges Chaos, Buchungen werden nicht gefunden, falsche Buchungen, Ratlosigkeit usw.
