"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions. Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was in a windowless basement, with a coffee machine that was broken and leaking water all over the floor. "Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. "

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
