"Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel."

"The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."

"Cannot recommend Hotel Waldhaus am See enough. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as we needed a stop off but would stay longer if we were to return to st Moritz. The walk from the station is easy but it is uphill, therefore would highly recommend asking the hotel to come and collect you - I believe this is a complimentary service but we didn't use it so would be best to check! "For a 4* property in St. Mortiz, this hotel is excellent. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. The photographs of the gym do not do it justice. The gym is excellent and far more extensive than it appears. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location is superb in the centre of town. A most enjoyable stay. "

"Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do. "

"Hotel Baren is a lovely Swiss hotel right next to the bus stop for skiing in transportation around. It’s right by the bobsled and the skeleton.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Spa and Pool with both a hot tub and a sauna were wonderful. Don’t forget to book a masseuse right there at the spa. The staff is so helpful. The Mountain View‘s from our balcony and bedroom were lovely. "

"Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers.
