"Never received check-in info with door codes, luckily someone was working in the bar at the time and was able to look up our reservation. We came at check in time and room still wasn't even clean. Otherwise its not a dirty place, location is also not bad."

"Location was great. Listing said the room had a toaster, but this was not true. Instructions for using the hotplate were insufficient, we had to ask for help when instructions should have said that the pot needed to be placed on the hotplate for it to work. (Apparently this is obvious to some people!) Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The property was really clean and the area was quiet. It has a supermarket next to it and it's at a walkable distance to the main areas of the city centre. We also used the public transport and there's a bus stop nearby. I recommend this property to visit reylkavik without a car."

"Good: location is pretty excellent Bad: communication could’ve been better. We have to wait the next for a message. And no one answer right away when we call. Our living room heater is broken (told them when we arrive) they send someone to check two days after and the guy said he’ll come back and he never did. We used the dish washer and soaked the kitchen because the water wasn’t draining properly (no one came to check after letting them know). Our garbage supposed to be pick up every two days...

"Really nice clean modern room with a handy kitchenette we had the balcony so nice to look towards mountains and sea. Quiet due to low visitors due to COVID-19."
