"The staff was very helpful. We know very little Spanish so we used our smart phone to communicate our few needs. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly. They saved a necklace/ earring set for us, because we needed to get the cash to pay for it. We really appreciated this kind gesture. We were very impressed because our daytime destinations had a lot of insects, however this hotel had absolutely none. Very clean!!!"
