"Customer service was top notch. The property manager Elsa did an amazing job attending to our needs and making sure we were comfortable. The cleaners came in every day to clean our apartment. Service was really good. Will definitely recommend and visit again. "

"The stove was unusable, the kitchen cabinet under the sink had a broken door held with a screw. The door would not lock, the place was moldy. The bathroom had a thick mold on the walls of the shower and the sink. We requested maintenance for the lock, they came attempted to fix the lock and failed to do so. A lady came in and applied heavy chemicals in the bathroom and she was not able to remove the mold. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. As a woman traveling alone, it was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It is very close to the airport, shopping centers, supermarkets, hospital, and restaurants. There is no beach nearby and the pool is for residents only. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone staying short term and/or wants to stay close to the airport where it is safe and quiet."

"Extremely beautiful clean and spacious condo in Punta Cana way better than expected for the price. Private parking in property, beautiful pool infront of the beach and very safe. Mini market, casino, bars and many attractions nearby. Great location.Highly recommended will definetely be back. Thanks!"

"The pictures are very deceiving. They do charge for electric separately, that’s something I didn’t know when I booked. We kept the lights on because we noticed there were roaches in that house. Punta cana is beautiful but this property was not "

"Dirty shower, moldy showerhead, salty water from the faucets, horrible air conditioning, door handle was loose, big party downstairs till 1 am, overall a horrible place to spend money on. little bugs everywhere. Do not book here."

"Overall was a wonderful property, even though the first night there was no hot water or AC in the room we called and they had already been working on it, the pillow where hard but we asked the housekeeper and she got us new ones, the service was excellent and the staff is so friendly, the food was really good and lots of options to eat, i will stay there again! "Good food, great facilities, good service. Very nice rooms. Ping pong table needs new paddles. Butler service not worth it. Amazing beach/ocean. Took a while for our bags to reach our room. Beautiful pools, lots of chairs, bartenders great. French restaurant mediocre at best. Entertainment very good. "
