The door wouldn’t shut properly there was no TV you could hear all the sounds it felt like I was living in a slum I always thought that Howard Johnson’s was supposed to have really nice hotels. It’s my first time in one and I’ll never do it again.

The staff & service is just for the person who helped me with the check in on Monday night, he was really nice. The room smelled bad, dirty sheets, and towels had hair on it. I reported the bathtub didn’t work, they didn’t fixed it. When I was showering the water didn’t go away.

They never gave me a final bill. They dont clean the rooms unless you put in a special request. Ceiling leaked from room above. Homeless drug addicts are sleeping in the stairwell. The only good thing is that it is in the middle of downtown Reno, and a block from i 80.
