"We had mixed feelings about this place but booked anyways we were surprised at how clean the hotel is & staff was great from our arrival to our departure they carried our luggage & welcomed us, only thing is day front desk staff needs to be a little more friendly. The area wasn’t bad we felt safe at all times & we liked that it’s close to everything you want to do or see in the center of town. Definitely will be back "

"Javier, and Pepe give guest, exceptional service in every aspect, whether it be tours, restaurant recommendations, bell boy service. You name it they do it. They recommended Pedro to us as a private driver for 6 of us. Pedro made us feel super safe and took us to cities nearby where we wouldn't have went on our own. The breakast is delicious and staff at the restaurant ROCKS! The girl that makes omelets needs help, she ROCKS but we feel she works way too hard, needs assistance. Recommend this...
