The staff was great, and this is nothing against them as I'm sure they are limited in replacing or being able to fully control upkeep of the facility. Check in was great, and the night manager was helpful and friendly. All else was not as warming. My room was, while tidy and upkept, the condition was appalling. the walls in the bathroom were clearly water damaged, and there was water on the floor and I could not source it. I left the fan on and it slowly dried up but I only would wear shoes in there. The bed, even though it was a non smoking room, had countless burn holes in the sheets. I did not even open up the bed as I slept on top as I was worried what else was going on. I moved a trash can and there was a roach underneath that went behind the tv stand. The TV would turn on, but nothing would function or was available. The front door would not deadbolt and had only a chain, which is not piece of mind. The back slider was unlocked when I checked and the locking mechanism was very flimsy. I had to secure both with furniture just so I would have some limited comfort of security. I picked it as there was close food and gas, but I will pick a farther option for the chance of better conditions.

I will NEVER stay here again! Our 1st room had lights out. Second room smelled liked it hadn't been opened or used in awhile. I'm 5'4" tall and had to bend over to wash my hair in the shower. My husband said the showers camping were better. The towels were what we use as rags at home to clean with. Getting back to our room our Saturday, room hadn't been cleaned. After walking to the desk and asking for clean towels, I walked back to our room, I was followed by a drunk man. When I stay in Red Bluff again I will pay the extra $200 and stay at the Comfort Inn.

Very dirty
Pros: easy to find and friendly staff CONS: room was very dirty. stains everywhere: the floor, the walls, etc. the pillow had lipstick stains. I killed a few bugs. It was a non-smoking room yet it smelled like smoke and the bed had cigarette burns.

Terrible. Definitely not worth $90/night. People hanging outside right next to the rooms and parked cars until 11:30pm playing soccer and drinking. The room was dirty: heavy dirt and shoe marks all over the walls, dried, spilled coffee on the toilet lid. The TV didn't work, there was a phone with no connection - there was literally no telephone cord to connect to it - I guess that's one way to prevent guests from calling the front desk to complain. The amenities listed say there is a coffeemaker, which is technically true I guess, but there is no coffee or cups provided. The microwave and refrigerator were on a power strip that was daisy-chained to one on the wall that you had to manually turn on (fire hazard). No sprinkler system if a fire did break out. I couldn't sleep, didn't feel safe there with my kid. Left as early as we could. Beware.

The rooms are decent.The Staff is nice. The pool is awesome. Are you pets are allowed... They even have conjoining rooms that you can rent together. Like that's pretty cool.
