Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei com a família no Hotel Costeiro e confesso que desta vez fiquei um tanto quanto decepcionado. Digo isto porque na primeira vez que nele estivemos o hotel estava em melhor estado. A piscina e o restaurante ficavam abertos e iluminados até por volta das 22h ou 23h, inclusive, com evento de música ao vivo. Agora encontrei uma escuridão total na área da piscina e o restaurante fechando cedo da noite, não dando sequer para você ter à disposição um lanche ou café de última hora. É uma pena! Por outro lado, a limpeza estava perfeita e a educação, atendimento e disponibilidade dos funcionários foi excelente! Sempre nos tratando prontamente com urbanidade, alegria e um sorriso no rosto, isto cativa muito. Parabéns a todos! Merecem este reconhecimento. À administração uma dica: invistam em jogos, passatempos e eventos à beira da piscina, isto certamente atrairá novos hóspedes. Não sei se um dia retornarei ao Hotel Costeiro, mas, se voltar, espero encontrá-lo melhor e não ser acomodado com minha família num quarto (talvez o último - 434), cuja a prometida "vista para o mar" é ofuscada pela chaminé da cozinha e pelo telhado coberto por placas captadoras de energia solar. Por favor, encarem estas críticas como as de alguém que não quer denegrir, mas sim quer o melhor.

Já tivemos problemas logo no ato do check-in. Mesmo chegando um pouco depois do horário que se iniciaria o check-in, tivemos que esperar a limpeza do quarto. Outra decepção: o hotel diz que disponibilizaria o lanche da madrugada caso fosse solicitado. Fiz a solicitação dentro do prazo, e quando pedi o lanche o mesmo não estava pronto, na verdade não ao menos tinha começado a ser preparado , mesmo depois de meia hora. Como dependíamos de horários de voo, ficamos sem o lanche.

A experiência no Hotel Costeiro foi incrível. A localização é perfeita, na Orla de Olinda. Excelente pra caminhada e poder desfrutar do mar. O Café da manhã é muito farto. A equipe é maravilhosa, muito educada e solícita. Destacar Antônio da Recepção e um garçom extremamente simpático, mas que não lembro o nome. Parabéns, pessoal!
